2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for non-custom products within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- You must contact us before sending the item back.
⚠️ Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved or name-based designs) are non-refundable, unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the item and packaging to info@rkwod.com.
- We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@rkwod.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our approval and instructions before shipping the item.
- Pack the item securely and return it to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or replacement.
5. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
