Thank you for shopping with RK Wood. We proudly deliver custom-made, handcrafted items from our workshop in Sri Lanka to customers both locally and internationally. This page explains how shipping works and what you can expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom or personalized products may take longer depending on the design complexity.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Sri Lankan public holidays.
If your order is delayed, we’ll contact you immediately.
